  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India
  • International shipping is not available at this time

  • Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Shipping Charges

Courier & Logistics Partners

We partner with reliable third-party logistics providers, including Shiprocket, to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery timelines are subject to their operations.


Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is shipped
  • You may also track your order through your order list on the Lapistachio website, where available
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Lapistachio will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect contact details

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch in such cases.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Regional restrictions
  • Unforeseen logistical issues

Lapistachio shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos of the package and product

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist in resolution as per applicable courier policies.


Partial Shipments

In rare cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages.
You will be notified with separate tracking details, if applicable.
