Returns & Refunds

At Lapistachio, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 7-day return and exchange window on most products, subject to the conditions outlined below.


7-Day Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
  • The return or exchange request is raised within the 7-day window
  • Requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain items or dresses may be marked as non-returnable.

  • Such items will be clearly mentioned on the product description page at the time of purchase
  • Orders placed for non-returnable products will not be eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.


Exclusive & Unique Designs

Some Lapistachio products are created as exclusive or uniquely designed pieces, including select styles available as one piece per design per size.

Unless specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page, these items are eligible for return or exchange within the 7-day period, subject to quality inspection.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

Such cases are eligible for return, exchange, or refund, as applicable.


How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request

You may raise a return or exchange request using either of the following methods:

  • Through your order list on the Lapistachio website (where available), or
  • By emailing us at support@lapistachio.com with your order number and reason for return

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


Pickup & Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
  • Products must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality inspection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
  • For cancellation requests, please contact support@lapistachio.com immediately

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following are not eligible unless damaged or defective:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Products clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page
